个人简介

程辉,中国医学科学院血液病医院(血研所)研究员,协和准长聘助理教授,博导。2007年获浙江大学学士学位。2013年获北京协和医学院博士学位。研究方向为造血干细胞及其微环境。以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Nat Cell Biol、J Clin Invest、J Exp Med、Blood等杂志上发表论文和综述20余篇。国家重点研发计划首席科学家。获国家优青、天津市杰青等人才项目。获国家自然科学奖二等奖。获国内外专利5项。中国生理学会青年委员和天津市血液与再生医学学会理事。


主要研究方向

作为最早被应用于临床的成体干细胞,造血干细胞(HSC)功能和分化模式一直以来是研究的热点。我们实验室的研究目标是明确HSC在稳态和疾病状态下的内外调控机制,揭示微环境在其中的变化规律继而对HSC的影响机理,探讨HSC选择性保护的分子机制,以期为白血病的治疗提供新的思路和策略。
