个人简介

林东昕,1955年生,籍贯福建福州,肿瘤遗传学和基因组学专家,肿瘤医院研究员,博士生导师。1976年进入上海医科大学公共卫生专业,1980年毕业。1983年在北京医科大学公共卫生专业攻读硕士学位,从事食品卫生与毒理学研究。1988年在WHO国际癌症研究机构(法国里昂)从事肿瘤病因学研究。1990年进入美国国家毒理学研究中心作为高级访问学者进行研究工作,主要研究肿瘤病因和肿瘤分子流行病。1994年回国工作,1995年为副研究员/副教授,1997年为研究员/教授。2013年当选中国工程院院士。


主要研究方向

主要研究我国常见恶性肿瘤(食管癌和胰腺癌等)基因组的遗传和表遗传学改变;这些改变与肿瘤发生发展及其表型的关系、在精准防治和早筛中的作用。
