个人简介

黄超兰,1970年生,籍贯上海,蛋白质组学专家,中国医学科学院北京协和医院教授、博士生导师。1990年考入香港中文大学化学专业,1994年获得学士学位。1996年在香港大学化学专业攻读硕士学位,从事材料化学研究。2000年在香港大学化学专业攻读博士学位,从事物理化学研究。2005年进入美国斯克里普斯研究所进行博士后研究工作,主要开展基于质谱的蛋白质组学研究。2013年获聘为研究员,2017年为长聘副教授,2022年为长聘教授。


主要研究方向

长期致力于质谱和蛋白质组学前沿新技术和方法的研究开发,利用整合性多组学开发疾病标志物、解析疾病机制,打造“基于质谱的组学技术-生物功能验证-生物信息模块”的闭合链条。
