个人简介

许琪,2004年毕业于中国协和医科大学,获博士学位。现任中国医学科学院基础医学研究所/北京协和医学院基础学院副所院长,中国医学科学院神经科学中心常务副主任(主持工作),中国医学科学院长聘教授,国家级重大人才项目入选者,国家杰出青年基金获得者。长期从事抑郁症、精神分裂症、难治性癫痫、痴呆等重性脑疾病的发病机制与诊疗靶标研究。在Nature、Neuron、American Journal of Psychiatry、Journal of Experimental Medicine等期刊发表通讯作者论文80余篇,成果被Nature、Nature Reviews Drug Discovery等广泛报道


主要研究方向

研究方向为重性脑疾病的发病机制和诊断治疗靶标研究,主要研究内容包括:重性脑疾病的遗传学与表观遗传学研究;重性脑疾病的致病机制研究;重性脑疾病的治疗靶点和新药研发;重性脑疾病的干细胞与再生医学研究。
